Orders and payments
Products are shipped by OUI LULU’ by Guerrini Sabrina, owner of the website www.ouilulu.it, after the order confirmation email is sent, which is transmitted once correct payment receipt has been verified.
Delivery times are generally as follows:
• Italy: within 2/3 (two/three) working days, ISLANDS 3/5 (three/five) working days
• EU countries: within 7 (seven) working days
• Extra-EU countries: within 10 (ten) working days
You will receive an automatic confirmation email upon completion of your order. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. If it is not in your spam folder, please verify that you have provided all the correct information and that your payment was successful.
Yes, we assure you maximum security for your data. All transactions are processed by protected systems to ensure worry-free purchases.

Shipping and Returns
Product prices shown on the website are in Euros and include:
• standard packaging
• VAT (where applicable)
• any indirect taxes (where applicable)
Shipping costs are indicated on the following page.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, the price indicated in the order does not include any customs duties, taxes, or local charges, which remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customers are advised to inquire in advance with the competent authorities in their own country. Lack of knowledge of these costs cannot under any circumstances constitute grounds for termination of the contract or give rise to refund requests
against Oui Lulú.
We usually take 1-2 business days to prepare an order. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming shipment and another email from the BRT courier to track your order.
To take advantage of the return of an item purchased on OuiLulú.it, you must return it within 14 calendar days from the date your package was received. Please note that this timeframe also includes the days it takes for the package to reach our office.
To make a return, you will need to independently contact a courier of your choice or Poste Italiane and arrange the shipment of the garments to be returned along with the return form received inside the package.

For returns, you can choose between a refund or a promotional code equal to the value of the returned items.
Once the returned product is received at our premises, we will issue a refund within 15 working days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The user will only be refunded the actual price of the returned products; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
ATTENTION!
Items must retain all labels and be in perfect condition; otherwise, the return will not be accepted, and the payment refund process will not be processed.
