Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of product delivery, without giving any reason.
In the case of purchasing multiple products with a single order and separate deliveries, the period starts from the delivery of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send the products to the following address:

Inside the package, a sheet containing the following must be included:
• name and surname
• order number
• reason for return
• IBAN (only in case of cash on delivery).
Important.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Only the value of the products will be refunded
• The costs and risks of the return are borne by the customer, except in the case of a damaged product.
Products must be returned:
• intact
• not worn (except for normal fitting)
• free from signs of wear or damage
• complete with labels, accessories, and original packaging
Otherwise, Oui Lulú reserves the right to refuse the return or not to proceed with the refund. Returns communicated or received beyond the established deadlines will not be accepted.
Refund
In the event of a valid withdrawal, Oui Lulú will issue a refund within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving and verifying the returned products.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (PayPal or Credit Card). Alternatively, the customer may request a promotional code of the same amount, usable within 14 days.

How long do I have to make a return?
To return an item purchased on the OuiLulú.it website, you must return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your package.
Please note that this timeframe also includes the days necessary for the package to arrive at our office.
How to make a return?
To make a return, you will need to independently contact a courier of your choice or Poste Italiane and arrange the shipment of the garments to be sent along with the return form received inside the package. The return must be sent to the following address:

Refund or promotional code
For returns, you can choose whether to receive a refund or a promotional code for the value of the returned items.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once the product sent is received at our premises, we will issue the refund within 15 working days.
Where will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the purchase phase. In case of payment by cash on delivery or bank transfer, the IBAN to which the amount should be credited must be indicated on the return form.
Are shipping costs included in the return?
The user will only be refunded the actual price of the returned products; shipping costs will not be refunded.

Items must retain all labels and be in perfect condition; otherwise, the return will not be accepted, and the payment refund process will not be processed.
