Purchase methods
The products offered for sale by Oui Lulù are only those present on the Oui Lulù website at the time the Order is placed, as described in the relevant information sheets.
It is understood in any case that the images accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product are for informational purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ, for example, in color and size (also due to the browser and monitor used to access the Site and view the images).
To place an Order, the Customer must complete the relevant form on the Site in its entirety and send it after carefully reviewing the Conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product and/or products they intend to purchase. The Customer must also request Oui Lulù, if desired, to issue a tax invoice for the purchase, in accordance with art. 22 D.p.R. n. 633/1972.
The correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by Oui Lulù via an e-mail response, sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will briefly report the purchase conditions, as required by applicable law, as well as the data entered in the Order by the Customer, so that the Customer can verify them and possibly communicate without delay the necessary corrections of incorrect data.
Prices and Payment Methods
The prices indicated on the website are to be considered inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment fees are in any case communicated to the Customer in advance through the website or these Conditions.
The following payment methods are available:

The customer can use the PayPal circuit for payment according to its specific methods.
(--) Credit card
In cases of merchandise purchase with Credit Card payment, the transaction may take place through the secure SHOPIFY PAYMENTS server or another secure server chosen by Oui Lulù.
In no case and at no stage of the payment will Oui Lulù be able to know the information relating to the Customer's credit card, transmitted via a protected connection directly to the website of the banking institution that manages the transaction. No Oui Lulù computer archive will store such data and therefore in no case can Oui Lulù be held responsible for any fraudulent and undue use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.
